Responsibilities and Qualifications:

At Harver, as a Product Designer you are an equal partner to PMs in defining and designing the solutions to help our customers get the most value out of the product at scale. You will be working within cross-functional teams from the early stages of the product development process until the polishing and launching of the solution to customers.

What You’ll Do

• 
  Own the design process: from defining problems with PMs, generating the solution, testing it with users, and then implementing your high-fidelity designs to production
• Measure the success of your decisions with the team and iterate when needed
• Work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Developers while pushing for the best creative results for the end-user

What You’ll Need

• Some experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS environment is nice to have;
• A systematic approach to design and attention to detail;
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project;
• Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods;
• Able to work independently and in a team environment;
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to the team;
• Proficient in using design tools (Sketch/Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g. InVision, Principle);
• A portfolio of work that showcases your skills in interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving;
• Proficiency in the English Language; both written and verbal

This is a hybrid position. We are looking for candidates based in the Netherlands within commutable distance to Amsterdam. Relocation will not be offered.
